What these terms cover

These terms focus on product use, billing recovery, content control, AI output limits, and the legal approvals still required before broad public or paid launch.

Terms

Pre-launch scope

These terms explain the current pre-launch preview scope and the product expectations users should know before trying SelfMosaic. They do not claim final legal approval, App Store approval, paid launch readiness, or governing-law/dispute language completion.

Terms

Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 13 to use SelfMosaic. If local law requires a higher age or guardian permission, that stricter rule applies. Use, account creation, upload, or purchase may require accepting updated approved terms when public or paid access is ready.

Terms

Using SelfMosaic

SelfMosaic lets you upload your own photos, prompts, and optional voice notes to create edited results. Use it lawfully, upload only content you have the right to use, and review outputs before relying on or sharing them.

Terms

Photos, prompts, and results

Your originals stay yours. To operate the product, SelfMosaic needs a limited product-use license to host, process, transform, display, save, export, delete, and support uploaded photos, prompts, voice notes, and generated results.

AI output limits and safe use

AI results can be imperfect, may differ from prompts, and should not be used to mislead people about identity, consent, ownership, health, law, finance, or safety. This preview boundary excludes illegal content, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, hate or extremist abuse, impersonation without consent, rights-infringing uploads, scraping, and billing fraud.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans in the iPhone app are handled by Apple. Apple handles checkout, receipts, renewals, refunds it controls, and cancellations. If access looks wrong, open Profile in the iPhone app, then tap Restore purchases first. Credits, web checkout, and paid-launch wording are not public commitments until an approved billing policy is ready.

Terms

Refund policy

Because SelfMosaic offers a Free tier with 10 lifetime edits, users can fully evaluate the product before purchasing. Paid plans are non-refundable once edits have been consumed. Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase if the service is materially broken or unusable, or if charged in error.

Terms

Deletion, cancellation, and support

Deleting your account does not cancel Apple billing. Subscription cancellation is still handled through Apple subscription settings. Use Help or Support for restore, privacy, deletion, or availability issues, and verify public inbox delivery before relying on email routes in a release.

Service changes and legal clauses

SelfMosaic may need to change features, models, limits, prices, or availability to keep the service reliable. Liability, warranty, dispute, policy-change, enforcement, and suspension language still requires approved legal wording before broad public or paid launch.
